Shipping Within the U.S.
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 for United States customers.
- Orders under $100 will be subject to a flat shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping but are actively working toward expanding our reach. Stay tuned for updates!
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Curatrix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shopcuratrix.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
