• Sourced from the Andevalo region of Andalusia, in southern Spain in the village of Puebla de Guzman
• After wheat crops have been harvested, the fields are left to be overtaken by nature for 2-3 years, where wild cistus takes over. Pickers then collect this cistus during the summer and early autumn for this cycle to begin again
