We do not offer refunds for any purchases made directly through our store.

Klarna Purchases – 14-Day Return Window

If you checked out using Klarna, you’re eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To start a return, email us at hello@shopcuratrix.com with your order number.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify Klarna so they can update your payment schedule.
Please note: Refunds are not issued directly by us; Klarna manages all payment adjustments.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@shopcuratrix.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage
